Hot water not provided/shut off at employee hand wash sink. in walk-in-cooler, build-up on fan blade protector covers. Observed build-up of food debris, dust or dirt on nonfood-contact surface.Observed uncovered food in holding unit/dry storage area. No proof of required employee training provided. Waste line missing at soda gun holster.Self-closing metering faucet does not provide water for at least 15 seconds. Observed buildup of slime in the interior of ice machine. Observed an open beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drinking from an open beverage container in a food preparation or other restricted area.

Observed food stored in ice used for drinks. Critical - Thermotape failed to turn black to indicate that the sanitization temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit was achieved on the dish surface.The restaurant is described as a contemporary, internationally-inspired upscale steakhouse.
